Who We’re Looking For
Hustle matters here. We’re looking for people who are:
• 18+ years old
• Personable and reliable
• Fast and efficient multitasker
• Clean and organized
• Coachable
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Willing to jump in without waiting to be told what to do
Restaurant, café, smoothie, coffee, quick-service, or food-prep experience is strongly preferred — but attitude, consistency, and work ethic matter just as much.
What the Job Actually Looks Like
This is an all-around café role. Depending on the shift, you may:
• Help guests and take orders
• Make açaí bowls and smoothies
• Prepare coffee, crepes, waffles, and food
• Prep and restock ingredients
• Clean workstations and wash dishes
• Jump into a rush wherever needed
You won’t spend the whole shift at one station. We work together, move with purpose, and keep the café running.
